About

I’m a child of God. I’m a mom of a toddler and 3 doggos. A wife and work-from-home mom. I enjoy reading, blogging, rewatching my favorite Netflix shows like Gilmore Girls and One Tree Hill, and scrapbooking. I love to make a lot of sourdough bread for 5 months, then take a break for another 5 months, then start again lol.

I also really love to write. It’s just a simple way I process life and notice what God is doing in the middle of it all. I hope this space feels like a place we can connect and share the everyday moments of life together.

A kitchen island dusted with a fine layer of flour, where a large wooden mixing bowl sits surrounded by baking chaos: cracked egg shells on a small ceramic plate, a metal whisk smeared with batter, and a flour-dusted recipe card with handwritten notes in fading ink. Brightly colored silicone measuring cups are scattered playfully, one toppled over with a few chocolate chips spilling out. A dog’s paw prints trail faintly across the lower tile floor, visible near the edge of the frame. Soft overhead pendant lighting mixes with overcast window light, creating gentle, even illumination and subtle shadows. Photographic realism, top-down bird’s-eye composition, sharp focus across the scene. The mood is joyful and messy, capturing delight in imperfect, everyday baking moments.
A well-trodden hallway with scuffed white baseboards and a narrow runner rug patterned in muted blues and grays, scattered with tiny everyday artifacts: a single baby sock crumpled near the wall, a toy dinosaur on its side, and a pair of muddy dog paw prints leading toward a partially open door. On a small floating shelf, a framed minimalist print of a simple cross and a tiny vase holding one imperfect wildflower catch the eye. Soft, diffused afternoon light spills from a nearby room, creating a gentle glow and long, subtle shadows. Photographic realism, shot from a low, childlike perspective with strong depth of field, drawing the eye down the hallway. The atmosphere is tender and reflective, celebrating quiet, sacred moments in the most ordinary spaces.
A cozy corner of a living room where a plush, oatmeal-colored armchair is draped with a rumpled knit throw blanket, its chunky yarn catching the light. At the foot of the chair, a basket brims with well-worn children’s board books, a wooden toy truck with chipped paint, and a small, scuffed leather-bound Bible resting open. A floppy-eared stuffed dog lies on the rug, next to a real dog’s chew toy with frayed rope. Late afternoon sunlight filters through sheer curtains, casting soft stripes of light and shadow across the scene. Photographic realism, shot from a low, slightly side-on angle with shallow depth of field. The atmosphere feels peaceful and lived-in, highlighting the sacredness of ordinary, toy-strewn spaces.
